The CRIM and a Birthday!
Today is Dean's birthday, and he celebrated by running the CRIM with Pastor Matt. They ran 10 miles, and both did well, finishing in about 1 hour and 40 minutes. Amber and I hung out with the kids. Of course there was ice-cream and cake afterwards. We had a good time.

My dad runs in the CRIM every year. It's a fun place to go hang out, but I heard it was really hot this year.
