For Sale
Our house is officially on the market. We just had the outside painted and it makes a HUGE difference on curb appeal. It almost makes me want to stay now, ALMOST......Painting on the outside and garage will be finished once it stops raining. We are still doing some minor improvements inside too. Dean and our realtor are pushing to have an open house this Sunday! I have a lot of work to do before we start letting strangers in the house. Our realtor, Ed has gone above and beyond his duties of selling our house. He has been helping Dean hang drywall in the basement. We really appreciate all of his help. Here are the before(top) and after(bottom) pictures of the house.

Very nice, even Casey was impressed.
It does give it that 'new' look. It's not done yet, but we've already shown the house twice. Kara I may need to visit tonight around 7:30, they have scheduled another showing, and we're not supposed to be there. :)
2 showings already- that's great! I have a question- is the house painted a different color or is it just the lighting in that second picture throwing me off???

Yes Kara it is a different color, kind of a clay. The garage is painted now too. :) Sorry we didn't visit last night, they showed up at 5:30, and their realtor said it was okay if we stayed. If they schedule anymore short notice showings I may have to just drop in on you sometime unannounced. Oh wait, I do that already. :)
